Looking to avoid and minimize costs? Look no further than our claims evaluation services.
Since 2007, we have provided claims evaluation services to the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC). Under this contract, we are responsible for reviewing and evaluating unresolved disputes and providing recommendations to the OFCC in order to avoid and minimize additional costs. The robust services we provide include scheduling analysis and forecasting, time/impact studies, as-built windowing analysis, productivity impact, and cost impact studies as well as entitlement recommendations. Our services also include developing presentation charts and exhibits, negotiation/mediation support, litigation support, if needed, and training on dispute management.
This contract utilizes our expertise in construction management, scheduling, planning and claims mitigation to review facts when a problem arises on a project. On this project in particular, it has always been imperative that the OFCC has all the information needed to make an informed and fair decision about any claims that may come to light. As a result, persistence and follow-up have always differentiated our services. We also review each project specific contract and project documentation thoroughly and impartially, rendering an opinion as to the validity of a claim or lawsuit, in order to provide the OFCC with enough information to make the best choice possible.
As part of this contract, we have served following school districts since 2007: Reynoldsburg, Indian Creek, Euclid, Wellston, Switzerland, Springfield and Dalton as well as the Akron Crouse Learning Center.
