At H.R. Gray, we’re in it for the long haul. That’s why we’ve been retained by the City of Columbus to provide services for their Water Program for over 6 years.
COLUMBUS, OHIO – As part of a multi-discipline team, the City of Columbus retained H.R. Gray to provide professional program and construction management services on the City’s existing water facilities Hap Cremean, Dublin Road and upgrades to Parsons Avenue Water Plants, in addition to construction of the Collector Well 106 with a new Pump Station and associated pipe line. Also included in the program are a new 9.6 billion gallon upground reservoir, pump station, and inflatable dam on the Scioto River, which all are helping to provide safe drinking water for Central Ohio.
Services being provided include program management, preconstruction, construction and post construction activities, value identification, constructability reviews, cost estimating, scheduling, risk management, on-site construction management, mitigation of impacts to adjacent property owners, and assistance to the City of Columbus on post construction activities.
