Tom Merritt brings more than 20 years of public sector as well as 15 years of private sector experience in the professional engineering and construction management field to his position. At H.R. Gray, Tom has served in a wide variety of capacities overseeing administration, marketing and business development; he also lead change management activities and propelled growth through the identification and acquisition of key government contracts, developing and deploying the internal processes and systems critical to supporting expansion and the management of public construction contracts ranging from $3M to $500M. In every role, Tom consistently establishes a culture of accountability and results for delivering successful customer service-focused management and cost effective infrastructure planning and construction.
